Ono Hawaiian BBQ to donate portion of sales toward wildfire relief

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Ono Hawaiian BBQ restaurants are pitching in this Sunday toward the wildfire relief fund.

Between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., on Nov. 18, all Ono Hawaiian BBQ locations will be donating 50 percent of their sales to the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund.

In addition, all firefighter and police officers who visit a California location can show them their badge or show up in uniform to receive a free Hawaiian plate.

The offer is available to firefighters and police officers beginning Sunday through Wednesday, Nov. 21.
